Job Description: As a committed caregiver, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients. You will provide essential support with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and overall well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
- Provide mobility support, including transferring clients from beds to wheelchairs.
- Medication reminders
- Perform light housekeeping duties and meal preparation
- Offer companionship and emotional support through conversation and activities
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and other outings
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a caregiver or similar role
- Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Must be able to legally work in the US
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Proven experience as caregiver or similar role (Geriatric experience a plus)
